District Governor Stoolman has been a Rotarian for over 31 years and will give us updates on what's going on in Rotary around Iowa.

He served on the Rockwell City Police Department for 18 years, and was the Chief from 1986 to 1994. Then, he served as the city’s Utility Superintendent until his retirement in 2015.
